Easy Bread Pudding
  • 8 Aunt Jemima frozen waffles
  • 1¾ cups of milk. I used 2%
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon of nutmeg
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Let frozen waffles sit out a few minutes to partially thaw. Cube or rip them into pieces. The size is up to your preference. 1 waffle makes about 6-8. Place them in a baking dish and make sure they are laying as flat as possible.
  3. Wisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Pour mixture over the waffles. This mixture should mostly cover the waffles. If It doesn't push the waffles down with clean hands or wearing gloves.
  5. Place them in the oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown
  6. Let cool, garnish and enjoy!
