The weather is warming up and I am finally getting ready for Summer. Summers here in the state of Washington are a lot different from Summers in the southeast. The weather is often really gorgeous during the day but the nights still get pretty cold. Don’t get me wrong though…. Summer days here in the PNW are some of the most beautiful that I have ever seen. Sunny, green, mild weather. Instead of hiding inside with the air conditioners in the south you actually want to be outside and enjoying the day outdoors. That means you need to be adding the proper amount of sunscreen into your daily routine, which is SPF 30 or above according to the AAD. As you know I have been using a variety of RoC products for the last few months and all of them actually have SPF 30 in them.
For months now I have been using the Deep Wrinkle Daily Moisturizer and the Deep Wrinkle Night Cream in my every day skincare routine. The Daily Moisturizer has SPF 30 while both of the products have Retinol in them which is great for turning over the skin and having the freshest, youngest skin showing.
One of the products I am using lately is the Multi Correxion 5 in 1 Chest, Neck & Face Cream. It is a great multi-use product that has SPF 30. I like it because I am getting close to my mid-30s and as time has gone on I see more and more lines, the skin on my neck has slowly started changing and I know that I need to protect it because I only get one chance at having healthy looking skin. This amazing jar of cream can also help protect against future sun damage when used with other sun protection measures.
A few years ago I was a creature of laying out in the son and tanning beds and a few people that were really close to me found out they had cancer and it scared the bejeezus out of me. As you can see in the picture below, my skin is pretty light an I like to thank the SPF 3o in the RoC products I have been using in my everyday routine. My complexion has never been more clear and smooth.
