Fragrance is one of my addictions, it is true. But rose scented fragrances are even more so. There are a ton of rose fragrances on the market and I love seeing how different each one is. And trust me, all are very different. The latest one that I have had the pleasure of trying is the Annick Goutal Rose Pompon.
Sparkling notes of blackcurrant and raspberry mingle with pink pepper and a hint of peony to reveal the duo of rose extracts composing Rose Pompon. An addictive freshness with a bold and modern twist.
What I love about this fragrance is that while I smell rose, it still smells vibrant and youthful. The tart blackcurrent is definitely what I smell at first but the underlying sweet rose perfectly balances the scent. It is truly a gorgeous fragrance.
Rose Pompon also has personal care items like a hand cream and a body scrub. The hand cream has truly become one of my newest addictions. It is creamy but it doesn’t feel wet. Even after it absorbs my hands feel nourished. My elbows have actually been EXTREMELY dry lately so I have been smoothing the hand cream into them and its really made a difference. Seriously, the best.
The Body Scrub is also pretty amazing. I have used it on my elbows quite a lot (because they really have been so awful) and once on the rest of my arms and legs and the outcome was amazing, but that is really the same with all body scrubs if you ask my opinion. This one does smell pretty amazing though!
Overall I am very satisfied with Annick Goutal Rose Pompon. I think that it is ideal for anyone looking for a fun, flirty scent. Annick Goutal predicts that the girl that will love this fragrance will have a mischievous glance, charming smile, burst of laughter, and exudes joie de vivre.
You can find Annick Goutal Rose Pompon at Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, and Sak’s!
