You guys know that I love a good meal. I also like ones that are quick and easy to prepare. I am not a chef and I don’t pretend to be but I still like creating delicious meals that my entire family will enjoy. If we are being real here, I only have a limited amount of time to create an entire meal so ones that take longer than half an hour to prepare probably wont happen. I recently came across a Chicken Parmesan recipe that is super easy and delicious and I already had all the ingredients, like Best Foods mayo, in my refrigerator and pantry, so I decided to recreate it and share it with you guys!
All that you need for this FABULOUS chicken recipe is:
Chicken (of course)
Hellmann’s® Best Foods® mayonnaise
Shredded Parmsan
Italian Breadcrumbs
First you preheat the oven to 425 degrees. You then combine 1/2 cup of mayo and 1/4 cup of paremsan cheese and top the chicken with the mixture. Sprinkle it with a couple teaspoons of the breadcrumbs and then pop it into the oven for 20 minutes. During that time I sautéed some asparagus and grape tomatoes and voila! HOW EASY WAS THAT? Chicken Parmesan made easy!
The key ingredient in this Chicken Parmesan recipe was definitely the Hellmann’s® Best Foods® mayo. It binded all the ingredients perfectly and it has the best taste out of all the mayos I have used over the years. Funny story… When I first moved from Florida to Washington I was distraught because I couldn’t find the one labeled Hellmann’s and it took me forever to realize that it is called Best Foods here. In case you are in the same boat as me, there you go. It is the same!
