I sit at my desk in front of my computer for the majority of every day. Both of my business ventures are online related so I spend half the day focusing on the blog and half the day focusing on my Etsy shop. I tend to eat breakfast, lunch, and snacks while sitting at my desk. I have fallen prey to being tempted by eating sugary snacks and sodas because they are convenient. With the warmer weather rolling in I have been more aware of what I am eating and have switched out the bad stuff with GOOD THiNS and water, and I must say that I am perfectly happy.
If you haven’t ever tried GOOD THiNS you should. Immediately. They are delicious snacks that are perfect for the whole family and they are now available in the cracker aisle at Safeway. There are a few flavors to choose from, which is also a huge plus when trying to please the whole family. The varities include: GOOD THiNS Sweet Potato, GOOD THiNS Chickpea Garlic and Herb, GOOD THiNS Original Potato, GOOD THiNS Potato Spinach & Garlic, GOOD THiNS Rice Veggie Blend, and GOOD THiNS Sea Salt & Pepper.
GOOD THiNS snacks are baked not fried, they don’t have artificial flavors or colors, and no high fructose corn syrup. They have potato and rice based snacks, and the rice ones are gluten free (which I know is important to a large group of people)! Each serving is only 130 calories, so they are perfect for snacking.
I have been replacing my sugary drinks with water, I just add a lime or some other fruit to trick myself a little bit. It is funny to me because my daughter even swipes them for herself. You know something is tasty and packed with flavor if a toddler can’t help themselves.
Get to your local Safeway stores and pick up GOOD THiNS for your own wholesome snacking! Tell me in the comments below what you have been doing in an attempt to eat a little better!
