I have already hit the ground running in 2016. I have been working out daily, getting my household in order, getting ready for taxes (blah), and even balancing my meal plan. Balance is the word I picked to focus on in 2016 and for so many reasons. Last year my word was organize, and I feel like I really hit that nail on the head and actually even developed a whole business around it. I was so focused on checking off the lines on my to do lists and assigning myself an insane amount of tasks every day that my life got hectic and I made a lot of poor choices in other areas of my life. My life got severely unbalanced. This year I plan to get everything back in order and that includes my businesses, family, and even my overall fitness level.
I run my business from the comfort of my home, which I know is a great opportunity to have and I am thankful for it. While I am working I usually have a snack sitting near me. I have had goodnessknows snack squares stocked in my pantry because they are filled with good ingredients and made without artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. I love that when I look at them I can actually see what I am eating and not have to make assumptions about what it is that I am looking at.
goodnessknows snack squares are a delicious and satisfying snack because they are packed with the goodness of whole nuts, real fruits, toasted oats and dark chocolate with no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. They are divided into four snackable squares per serving – all for 150 calories! There are 3 different varieties that are available nationwide since October 2015: cranberry, almond, dark chocolate | apple, almond & peanut, dark chocolate | peach & cherry, almond, dark chocolate. My favorite of the three is actually cranberry, almond, dark chocolate. The mixture satisfies all of my cravings and leaves me happy and ready to go on with my day.
So like I said in the beginning, I am really looking forward to balance in 2016 and I think that these snack squares will really help. goodnessknows I need balance!
