This time last year I was living in Florida and sweating in November. I have lived out my entire 30-something years in the southeast region of the US so I don’t know how my skin is going to react to an extreme change in my new home, the Pacific Northwest. I am about to experience my first winter in the northernmost place I have ever lived and it is kinda scaring the living daylights out of me. I know that I am going to be looking to Vaseline Intensive Care Deep Moisture Jelly Cream to get me through it though.
I have only lived here since mid-March, so spring had already sprung and it was still REALLY cold in my opinion. The dead of summer here was amazing and stayed in the 70s but as soon as September came along so did the 40-60 degree temps. That is winter to my southern self. O_o
Even though I have oily facial skin, the skin on my body is extremely dry. I feel like a regular body lotion sinks into my skin and sometimes I am still left with dehydrated skin. Vaseline Intensive Care Deep Moisture Jelly Cream is the perfect winter lotion for those with severely dry skin, as it moisturizes skin by 250% for 18 hours and it is also a great lotion for those with eczema, as it holds a National Eczema Association seal of approval.
The texture is absolutely amazing. This is the first time I have experienced a jelly cream and I must say that I think I love it. It is thick, but feels light almost like it is whipped. When you touch it it leaves peaks just like you would see in whipped edible products. I have been concentrating this on my elbows and knees but it makes the skin on my arms and legs feel so velvety. I think that it is cool that it has micro-droplets of Vaseline Jelly in it, my skin can definitely tell. This is one jelly I am ready for… Looking at you Bey!
If you suffer from dry skin and are not looking forward to the long, harsh winter then you should definitely check out the Vaseline Intensive Care Deep Moisture Jelly Cream! It is perfection!
