I have been a big fan of Sigma brushes since their start. I have bought several sets and even won a few sets over the years and for the most part they are all pretty darn amazing. Today I want to share with you a few new to me things from the brand. The Sigma Brush Mat, the 3DHD brushes, and a few of their brushes and other makeup products.
The Sigma Spa Brush Cleaning Mat is actually really cool and I personally like the idea of it over the glove. The bottom of the mat has little suction cups so it will easily stick to the side of your sink or on any flat surface for that matter. There are 7 different textures that will help you easily clean the makeup out of your brushes, and what I like even more is that the sections are clearly marked to get you going. You may decide one section is better for some certain things over time but its so cool that there are so many options.
The other exciting new products are the 3DHD Kabuki Brush and the 3DHD Precision brush. I actually own all of the other Sigmax Precision brushes that I won the week they were released on twitter and several of their F80s because they are just amazing. When I first saw the shape of this brush I thought to myself, “Genius” because it will be perfect for getting into the crook of the nose, contouring, precise application of concealer. I could go on. I think these are pretty spectacular.
A few other brushes that I recently got my hands on are E55 Eye Shading brush, E54 Medium Sweeper, and an E39 Buff and Blend brush.
I have a few of the E55 Eye Shading brushes and love them. They are a true work horse and can be used for a ton of things. I like the densely packed brushes and it is my favorite for packing color onto the lids.
The E54 Medium Sweeper brush is perfect when you are trying to create a gradiant on the lids and want to work with a few different colors. It is small enough to be precise with application but it also large enough that you wont have to work long to get the color placement down. Perfect.
The E39 Buff and Blend brush is actually on the smaller side of a blending brush for me, so I think that this one is actually good to go in and correct harsh placement of eyeshadow. It will help you buff out harsh lines.
A long time ago I reviewed the Sigma Paris Palette and was completely impressed with the pigmentation of their shadows and I honestly feel like they have improved upon them since then. The two shades I have in particular are actually individuals from that same palette. Siene is the gorgeous blue shade and Notre Dame is the pretty taupe. The formula is super soft and creamy and EXTREMELY pigmented. You can find their eyeshadows (on sale) here.
The final thing I want to share with you is the Power Crayon in the shade Rubicond. It is a pretty peachy pink shade and it has ALLLL the pigmentation. It may be in the form of a twist up chubby stick but it has the formula of a pigmented lipstick.
Swatches below of all the color products.
I hope you liked seeing a look at all of these goodies. Sigma Beauty keeps getting better and better as they go on and I am smitten with them once again. If you want me to film a video using the cleansing mat let me know because I would love to do another brush cleaning routine on my YouTube channel. I have so many that need a bath!
