Fall is prime time for lipstick. Bolds, nudes and all the shades in between. When the colder weather approaches the fabulous lip colors come out. Laura Geller Iconic Baked Sculpting Lipsticks are perfectly on trend and what is even better is that the bullets of the lipsticks look like little sweaters. It is as if they were created specifically for the autumn months.
These lipsticks contain artisan-baked pigments and rich moisturizers that saturate lips with creamy, vibrant color and feels weightless and lasts all day. A curved bullet shape allows for a single-swipe application providing long-lasting, high impact wear. There are twelve shades total:
East Side Rouge: dusty rose
Madison Ave. Pink: fuchsia pink
Soho Nude: creamy neutral
Tribeca Tan: warm beige
Central Park Spice: warm cinnamon
Mulberry Street: berry mauve
Fifth Ave. Ruby: crimson red
Lexington Ave. Coral: bright coral
Big Apple Red: true red
Bleeker St. Peach: pinky coral
Greenwich St. Berry: bright berry pink
Broadway Plum: deep aubergine
The 6 shades I have to show you are (L to R): Tribeca Tan, Madison Ave Pink, Mulberry St, Bleeker St Peach, Broadway Plum, Fifth Ave Red.
Like I mentioned before, the sweater-like detailing is stunning. It makes me not want to touch it or bump it because I don’t want to ruin it. I absolutely love when lipsticks, or any makeup item really, has some sort or detailing like this. It serves no purpose other than just being gorgeous. I appreciate the thoughtful details.
The swatches below are in a different order than pictured above. They are (L to R): Tribeca Tan, Bleeker St Peach, Madison Ave Pink, Mulberry St, Fifth Ave Ruby, Broadway Plum.
The Laura Geller Iconic Baked Sculpting Lipstick are SOOO pigmented. With one swipe you get complete opacity. They have a sheen but no shimmer, which is actually my favorite formula for lipsticks. They are seriously long lasting and some of the red and berry shades actually stain the lips, which I actually really enjoy. You can find these lipsticks at Nordstrom, Dermstore, Macy’s, B. Glowing, Beauty.com and several other locations.
