Eyeshadow is my favorite part of putting on makeup. I have always been heavily focused on the eyes. I love that with a swoosh of some eyeshadows you can convey a message without saying a word. It sets the tone for your whole makeup look, in my opinion. The one thing I have the most of in my eyeshadow collection are eyeshadows. Palettes, singles, high end, drugstore and all the in between. With that being said I can’t resist a fantastic release like the ButterLondon ShadowClutch. The best part? It is customizable.
There are two pre-made 6 pan palettes that are perfectly neutral. The one I have to show you here is actually my favorite of the two for Fall and it is called Natural Charm. I have two of the extra duos they sell to show you, too. They are called Fancy Flutter and Moody Blues. One thing that all of these shadows have in common is the fact they are soft and buttery smooth. The mattes are so pigmented and the shimmers are on the sophisticated side.
The ability to switch out the palette is amazing. You just pop the top open on the eyeshadows and they slide out like an old-school puzzle. it is truly a no-brainer.
But can I talk to you a moment about one of the most unique shades that I have? The dark shade in the Fancy Flutter set is a lot like MAC Club. It is one of those red-toned brown shades with iridescent teal highlights. It is like MAC Club had a much more fabulous twin. So smooth and so… perfect.
The swatches from all of the shades I have are below.
I used the Natural Charm set to create an easy eye look. I used the lightest shade on my lid. The mid-toned brown in the crease and the darker brown in the outer-v. Really simple, but doesn’t it look a little more complex? I am in love.
If you haven’t tried these out for yourself then I don’t know what you are waiting for. They are completely fabulous. You can find the ButterLondon ShadowClutch at Ulta!
