I have been a fan of Mimosas for a very long time. I was thinking of how I could make it more festive and seasonal since we are now pretty deep into the autumn months and what screams Fall more than apples? I had just picked up some apple cider and Andre on a recent shopping trip and it just made sense to make an Apple Cider Mimosa. Apples and oranges couldn’t be any more different but they both pair SO WELL with champagne.
To make this delicious concoction all you need is Andre Champagne, Apple Cider and an apple slice to garnish, which is completely optional. I love drinks that are easy to make.
First things first: add in your mixer. In this case it is Apple Cider.
Second, top it off with your favorite Andre Champagne.
Third, add your garnish. I personally love Honey Crisp apples because they are so soft and crisp and the flavor is outstanding.
André has been an ultimate luxury that doesn’t break the bank, and they have been going strong since 1966. Andre originally offered sparkling wine at an affordable price, but they have since evolved to include 9 different California Champagnes and Sparkling Wines. There is truly something for everyone and every occasion. The Andre Champagne selection includes Andre Brut, Extra Dry, Blush, Cold Duck, Moscato, Pink Moscato, Spumante, Peach Moscato, and Strawberry Moscato. I personally opened a bottle of Blush a few nights ago for no reason at all. Just felt like it.
Whether you are the mixologist or the person that likes to celebrate the moment, no matter what it is, you can make it #EpicWithAndre. If you are looking for another champagne recipe, check out my Plum Champagne Cocktail.
