Thank you ZonePerfect for sponsoring today’s post and inspiring me to try Perfectly Simple nutrition bars!
Over the last few months I have gone through some seriously chaotic changes. Because of all that my entire life started feeling like one big jumbled up ball of crazy. I couldn’t think straight, I couldn’t focus on tasks, and I couldn’t even handle my dwindling social life. I have been trying to streamline my entire world into a more simplistic, manageable plan. I suppose my ultimate goal with planning out all the details (other than a little sanity) is to make room for the good stuff. I want to be in the moment when my kids are running around accomplishing their goals. I want to be in the moment when I see a gorgeous sunset. I want to be in the moment when life is happening.
Part of my streamlining process has also gone into what food and snacks I eat. The ZonePerfect Perfectly Simple bars are just that; the perfect blend of simple, wholesome ingredients in one tasty treat. I tried a couple different varieties (Almond Toffee Crunch, Bing Cherry & Almond, Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk, Roasted Cashew & Dark Chocolate) but the Roasted Cashew & Dark Chocolate is my absolute favorite. Probably because I love cashews and dark chocolate, so the combination is UH-MAZE-ING.
I love to have these as my morning or afternoon snack, but I also find myself tossing one in my handbag to take with me to my son’s football games. I love that there is a good amount of protein in them and they don’t taste like one of those diet/protein bars. They taste good and they make me feel good about choosing them.
I read up on the company a little bit and they are super-picky about the ingredients they use. They ensure their bars are simple, delicious, and satisfying and I absolutely agree. Who needs complicated diagram to snacking healthy when these ZonePerfect bars are delicious and help you to #FeelGooder? Try them for yourself with this $1 off coupon!
