I have been going through some of the workouts and I am loving them. I especially love the desk squats because I spend a lot of my day sitting at the computer, like I am sure a lot of you do, and it is really easy to squeeze in a mini workout session.
Also, don’t underestimate the basics like stretching and jumping jacks. Stretching gets your muscles warmed up for the activity that is ahead of you and should never be skipped. And jumping jacks gets your whole body moving which is GREAT.
