The last time I talked about products from Colleen Rothschild was RIGHT as the brand launched and I showed you all The Discovery Kit. I sampled a lot of great products from the line, but the two that stood out to me the most were the Clarifying Detox Mask and the Radiant Cleansing Balms. I would say that they are definitely two of my skincare must haves. Between the two of them I can’t pick a favorite. Sometimes I think the mask is the best and sometimes I feel like I can’t live without the balm.
First of all, can we talk about the chic and classy packaging? I am kind of a font fanatic and I really love the simple font on the frosted jars with the taupey brown accents. It really does give you an idea of the brand as a whole. Simple, no nonsense, reliable products.
The Clarifying Detox Mask is nothing short of amazing.
Skin breathes a sigh of relief as the Clarifying Detox Mask removes trapped dirt and debris. Charcoal acts like a magnet, drawing out pore clogging impurities and leaving a more balanced complexion.
Charcoal: detoxifies
MicroSilver™: promotes clear skin
Glycolic Acid: increases cellular turnover
Vitamin C: antioxidant protection
This is one of the first products I ever used that contained charcoal as an ingredient and I never looked back. I love the cool feeling of face masks, but this one feels like it has a little something extra going on. I can actually feel it on my skin if that makes sense. It doesn’t tingle or anything like that but when I apply it onto my skin I know it is working.
I do believe that Colleen Rothschild’s best seller is probably the Radiant Cleansing Balm. When it came on the market I had never thought of cleansing my skin with a balm but at the time I was using oils and before I tried those I had never thought to use them either. Without thinking twice I gave it a go with the muslin cloth that it comes with and was shockingly surprised.
Comprehensive Radiant Cleansing Balm dissolves eye and face makeup, clears congested pores, and removes impurities, leaving skin balanced, soft and radiant.
Moringa Oil: restores luminosity
Lipexel™: combats dehydration
Black Seed Oil: antioxidant protection
Aromatic Complex: calms & decongests
The balm does a great job of dissolving any makeup and cleanses the skin perfectly but it also leaves the skin feeling hydrated, soft and smooth. And I would also like to mention that anytime I use a muslin cloth in my skincare routine it always feels super great afterwards because it delivers subtle exfoliation. The entire process is a win.
Go ahead, try Colleen Rothschild for yourself. You won’t regret it. You can find her products on ColleenRothschild.com and Amazon.
