Okay you guys. I am a sucker for limited edition packaging with any brand, but MAC always seems to do LE packaging better than anyone else. The MAC Wash and Dry collection is so gorgeous with the beautiful green orange and yellow gradient. The metallic finish is even that much more beautiful. I have a few things from the collection and I really quite like it all.

The MAC Wash and Dry Permanent Press eyeshadow trio is so pretty and pefectly neutral. All three of the shades are shimmery, but they are also all gorgeously pigmented. My favorite shade is the middle one of course. The way I have been enjoying wearing this is having the middle shade on the lid, accenting the outer v with the darker shade and highlighting the inner corner with the light shade. Perfect smokey eye material, too!
MAC Wash and Dry Freshen Up is gorgeous. It had a really pretty gold overspray in it but I accidentally wiped it all away in a video that will be going up shortly, so once that is up I will link it here so you can see it in all of it’s glory. I do quite like the shades underneath though. That coral is something fierce.
MAC Wash and Dry Delicates bronzer is such a beautiful, light bronzer that has a touch of sheen. This is one that I can see using all summer long to add a touch of something magical to my makeup looks. The finish it leaves isn’t one that is super obvious, but it is super perfect.
MAC Wash and Dry Hipness blush is actually a re-promote and I am obsessed with it. It is the perfect peachy/pink/coral shade that is great on any skintone. I hyst want to hug it. AND the LE packaging? Yes please. OBSESSED!
MAC Wash and Dry Coin Operated Technakohl Liner is a gorgeous silver shade, hence the name. It is actually a lot darker than you probably would think considering the color on the end of the packaging looks a bit lighter, but it is so pretty. I am actually wearing it in the photo below in my waterline. Charcoal shades like this are perfect for those of us that light a defined liner, but not one that is super strong.
Here are the swatches. L to R: Permanent Press, Delicates, Hipness, Freshen Up and the line at the top is, of course, Coin Operated.
This makeup look is really one that I go to quite often. A nice neutral eye while having a touch of something brighter on the cheek!
I think that the look you can create with the line can vary from quite wearable to really sexy. It is all in how you play with the shades to fit your needs.
You can find all of these goodies at at MAC, Nordstrom or Dillard’s! Tell me in the comments below, what kind of looks do you go to during the summer?
