It is no secret that when you are a mother you have very little time to get a ton of things done. Some of them are general tasks and some of them are as simple as taking a moment for yourself. All are important, but when you have a crying infant or a crazy toddler, when do you find the time to get them done? I PERSONALLY make nap time “Go Time!” Today I am going to tell you 10 things to do while your baby naps.
{one} Pop on your headphones and crank up the music. Everyone knows that when you are listening to upbeat music your likelihood of fast-paced movement goes up! And the headphones are to ensure the baby sleeps! haha
{two} Prep meals for the week. I know I want more organic & healthy food but quick meals are important so chopping up veggies or cooking up and dicing chicken breasts are so easy.
{three} Clean the counters. I like to use Select-A-Size Bounty because the small but powerful Picker-Upper lets you clean up messes you think you’d need a big sheet for. And being able to select the size helps cut down on waste.
{four} Make sure you stock up all the bathrooms with toilet paper. NOTHING is worse than being in the bathroom only to realize there is no toilet paper stocked. Charmin Ultra Strong is now 4X stronger than the leading bargain brand when wet! That is pretty awesome in itself.
{five} Get the laundry going. Tide Pods are pretty amazing. They pack 3X detergent + stain remover + brightener in one. 1 pac = 1 laundry load. They also smell amazing. Every time I walk into the laundry room I catch the scent and I can’t help but smile.
{seven} Shampoo your hair. Putting a little bit extra into your hair routine will pay off 10 fold in the look of your hair. Pantene Sheer Volume is a complete hair system for all-day lift. Provides manageability with micro-boosters. Plumps hair with technology inspired by collagen.
{eight} Shave your legs. Come on! You know you have skipped it more often since having a baby. I LOVE my Venus Swirl. It is the first and only razor with FlexiBall™ technology for maximum shave contact and less missed hair. My legs are so soft and smooth after using this.
{nine} Do a full skincare routine. Investing time in your skin is smart. You only get one chance to keep your skin looking great so don’t skimp out on putting in the detail work.
