I have received information about the TYLENOL® For What Matters Most™ campaign from McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., the makers of TYLENOL®. The opinions stated are my own. This is a sponsored post.
Holiday traditions in my family are probably way different than they are in your family. I know that the way that my husband and I do things is way different than the things I did growing up with my family. Everything from the way Santa is presented to the kids to the food we eat on that special day. Even though so many of the things we do are different, I am sure that there is one thing that stays the same and that is the presence and emphasis on family. After all, that is what matters most.
A few of the traditions that bring my family together year after year is the decorating of the Christmas tree. When I was a kid my dad would go and chop a tree down behind our house, since we were surrounded with pines. My husband and I don’t do that. We get an artificial tree every year. We started out doing that because we had a dog and they don’t do well with real trees, but we have really grown accustom to how mess free an artificial tree is and they have come a long way over the years. I love the tree I purchased this year, it looks so real with none of the headaches and messes that go along with the real thing.
Speaking of headaches, the holidays can bring them on like no other. SO much to do in such a short amount of time. I have relied on TYLENOL® since I was a child. The brand has been caring for families for over 60 years! Can you believe that? To celebrate the holidays this year, the makers of TYLENOL® decided to put a modern spin on Norman Rockwell’s classic holiday painting Freedom From Want, to help illustrate how modern families come together to celebrate what matters most during the holidays. You should totally pin this image and share it because it really is a beautiful spin on Rockwell’s classic!
Also, this video brought tears to my eyes. I don’t know why so much emotion comes out when I watch it, but it is really beautiful. I love that we all celebrate during the holidays and we each have much different stories to tell.
So tell me in the comments below: What are some of the traditions you do with your family each year?
