So, I know how everyone loves a really delicious mixed drink, the 21 and over crowd anyway. I have been experimenting with a few different recipes and I think I have finally created The Best Damn Mudslide that ever was. Not only is it really easy to make, but it packs a punch. Everything in this recipe (other than the chocolate sauce and whipped cream) is actually alcohol!
I have been a fan of mudslides since my early drinking days, but the ones made with ice cream are a little too much for me. I wanted to make one that was creamy and smooth but all liquid. It just so happens that all of those liquids are liquor!
I have the actual drink over ice but couldn’t help putting the fluffy cloud of whipped cream on top. I put a little chocolate sauce inside of the glasses to make them look marbled and pretty. I also couldn’t help topping the whipped cream with it either!
The Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur is actually what inspired this drink. It is a blend of natural irish cream, irish whiskey, and luxurious chocolate. All of the goodness that is in this bottle needed to be brought out and what better a way than in a mudslide. The Best Damn Mudslide.
So you may want to know how to make it… Here you go!
- Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur
- Marshmallow Vodka
- Caramel Milk Chocolate Liqueur
- Coffee and Chocolate Liqueur
- Chocolate Sauce
- Whipped Cream
- Pour chocolate sauce onto the inside of the glass to make a marbled effect.
- Combine 2 parts Irish Cream Liqueur to 1 part Marshmallow Vodka, 1 Part Caramel Milk Chocolate Liqueur, and 1 part Coffee and Chocolate Liqueur. Mix together in a shaker with ice pour into glass.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate.
Easier than you thought, right?
Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur is my new favorite ever. I actually really enjoy it over ice, but I couldn’t just tell you to do that. What kind of a blogger would I be? But seriously, try that too! You wont regret it!
Tell me in the comments below, what is your favorite cocktail?
