The Bare Minerals Holiday sets are probably my favorite things of the year. Each year they release the best limited edition sets and they are so affordable. Many of the ones I have to show you today can create full looks for less than half (or more) the retail value of each thing sold separately. So lets get right into it.
I think one of the coolest things in this years Bare Minerals Holiday 2014 collection is the Convertible Eyeshadow Palette. It contains 12 eyeshadows that are gorgeously pigmented but it also has a center that pulls apart from the palette that you can fully customize with the 3 shades of your choice for traveling or whatever you would need a smaller palette for, like a go to look.
There are a ton of beautiful shades and they are broken up into three categories.
BASE Chart Topper (pewter silk) + Hard to Get (ballet slipper pink) + Pizzazz (golden ivory) + Shiver (iced lilac)
CREASE Fantasy (rosy mauve) + Elixir (luxe lilac) + Bewilder (sparkling sand) + Admire (gilded moss)
LINER Stiletto (plum chocolate) + Mystify (antique lavender) + Connoisseur (golden copper) + Couture (glimmering clove)
The few that I swatched for you aren’t even the darkest, most pigmented shades in the palette. That gold though…
My absolute favorite Bare Minerals palette in all of the sets is actually The Magic Act. There are 6 neutral eyeshadows as well as 2 blushes, a highlighter and a bronzer. The shade A-HA is my new favorite in life and the highlighter called The Premiere is pretty spectacular!
They are all super pigmented and smooth and creamy! The order of the swatches are the same order as the palette.
Star of the Show has 3 loose eyeshadows, a loose blush, a Moxie lipgloss, a Lash Domination mascara and 2 brushes. The Tapered Blush brush and The Tapered Eyeshadow brush are both very nice. I like them both because they are each small enough for the intricate detail work but large enough to cover an entire lid or cheek.
The shades in this set are lighter and more muted and perfect for someone that is just getting started with makeup.
In The Spotlight is a gorgeous set. The black sparkly bag is going to be a favorite in my collection for a long time to come. It is so fabulous and my handbag cant wait to have this live inside!
There are two loose eyeshadows that come in this set: Center Stage and Flawless Diamond, one loose blush in Luminary, a Mini Marvelous Moxie Lipstick in Be a Star, a Shimmer Glaze Lip Topcoat in Diamond Glaze, a Flawless Definition mascara and a two sided eyeshadow brush. The brush has a tapered eyeshadow brush and crease brush.

The last set I am going to go into detail on is the Main Attraction. It comes with one loose blush called Main Attraction, a Ready Eyeshadow duo called, a tapered blush brush, A Marvelous Moxie lipgloss, a mini lipstick, a Lasting Line eyeliner in Absolute Black, and a Lash Domination mascara.
All of these sets are amazing and a tremendous value for the money. Whether you are buying this as a gift or for yourself, I am sure that you will absolutely LOVE it. Also, after Christmas these wonderful sets slowly get marked down further and further, so go use your Christmas money to pick them up!
