Fall beauty trends are my favorite and one that comes back year after year is a nice berry or burgundy lip. Because the color is on the bold side you want the lines of the lip to be as perfect as possible. I am going to show you 3 easy steps with the Burt’s Bees Lip Crayon in Redwood Forest to create The Perfect Fall Lip. These Lip Crayons are like having lip liner and a lipstick in one, so you only need one product. Simple is better, right?
Start with a blank canvas. I usually apply balm before regular lipsticks, but because these are so moisturizing they don’t need it. I also find that applying anything first prevents the color from adhering. So, here are the 3 SUPER EASY steps.
{one} X marks the spot. When I am beginning any bold lip look I start out with creating an “X” using the natural lines of my cupids bow.
{two} Line the lips. I take the same lip crayon and line the lips the way I would with any other lip liner. I do this first to create the perfect line. This is the part to pay special attention to.
{three} Fill the lips in. Now that you have perfected the outer edge, there is no need to be careful. Just fill the lips in. You could even go for a lighter or a darker color if you wanted to, but I love this Burt’s Bees Lip Crayon in Redwood Forest so much!
Wasn’t creating The Perfect Fall Lip simple? I wish everything in life had 3 easy steps. These new Burt’s Bees Lip Crayons are definitely a big help. These crayons come in six creamy, full-coverage shades of matte lip color in a modern crayon for truly beautiful, easy lip color. They are lightweight and moisturizing for a comfortable, everyday look and the formula is infused with Shea Butter, Kendi Oil, and Jojoba Oil. It’s color that truly cares for your lips!
