I am a huge fan of face masks. I like all kinds, too. Sometimes I want something that exfoliates, sometimes I want something that gets all the junk out of my pores, sometimes I want something that soothes and calms. There is absolutely a mask for every need. I recently discovered the Farmhouse Fresh Pajama Paste and the name had me so interested that I couldn’t resist. I IMMEDIATELY zone back into the late 80s and early 90s to when I, myself, attempted pajama parties.
So you may be wondering what exactly Pajama Paste consists of. It is a natural, fresh-blended pot of active yogurt, cooling bentonite clay, wild honey and oats that instantly soothes, softens and refines the look of skin. I love multi-tasking products, especially ones with ingredients I recognize and don’t need a scientific dictionary to figure out.
This stuff smells amazing too. I have used a ton of masks that don’t exactly smell the best but Pajama Paste is heaven in a jar. Yep. It smells so good that I would call it heaven. It smells like a sweet food scent mixed with a floral. I smell the honey, but I am going to be honest… My nose is detecting a little bit of Double Bubble! I don’t know why, but this smells like that delicious pink gum! Only a little, but I felt it important enough to mention.
I have a ton of redness and pores that just don’t quit so this mask is like heaven to me. I applied this onto my skin and within a few minutes I could feel it tightening. It actually felt good. I let it sit until if was fully dried and then washed it off with warm water. My skin felt soft and smooth and I honestly do feel like it helped with pore minimization.
Farmhouse Fresh Pajama Paste is good for all skin types, but it does say that sensitive skin could have trouble with this due to a tingling feeling that I honestly didn’t even feel. It also claims that it heats up, but if it does that was lost on me too. I am use to incredibly harsh chemicals so something as natural as Farmhouse Fresh is super calm for me. I love it and I am sure that I will use up the entire jar within a month or so! You can purchase this on their website or Anthropologie!
