I have been playing with some Vincent Longo products over the last few weeks and I am in love. This is a brand I have never really dabbled in previously, but I have found some clear winners. These are my favorite things from Vincent Longo Cosmetics.
I don’t know what about pretty powders but when there are several colors in one pan I just simply go gaga. The Dew Drop Radiant Blush in Temple Peach is gorgeous. It is perfect for those with a light to medium skin tone. I think that those with a darker skin tone could possibly even use it as a highlighter. It isn’t sparkly in any way but there is a radiance.
Same thing goes for the eyeshadows. I am a huge fan of silvery taupes and the swirling together of the shades in tithe Pearl X Eyeshadow in Code 6 Pink is perfection. It does lean a little more violet than taupe but it is beautiful.
The Starlet Gel Eye Stain in Mink Dream is an interesting product. Like nothing I have ever tried before. It is a gel that goes on pretty sheer. All I see is a hint of color and some glitter left behind.
I love a good gel/cream liner and the Creme Gel Liner in Blu Raven is fantastic. It is a thinner consistency than any I have ever tried before but the pigmentation is insane and it actually allows for more slip so that you can create the perfect line easily. And I don’t know why it is called Blu Raven because to my eye it is just pitch black.
I mentioned the next to products in The Best Red Lips post I did a few days ago and I meant it. The Velvet Riche Lipstick in Ignition is a nice opaque blue toned red. It lasts on the lips for a long time and it is super smooth. Doesn’t catch on dry patches and it isn’t patchy whatsoever. Perfect.
The Lip/Cheek Gel Stain in Liquid Kiss is a beautiful stain. It goes on super light and sinks right in.
Look at the color scheme in these products. The swatches show just how beautiful they are. It creates one of the most beautiful looks I have ever seen. You would think the red is a little too much for the soft purples and pinks but the stain is subtle enough that it works.
I do want to also let you know that Vincent Longo Cosmetics have actually enabled a 15% off code for my readers. Use the code BSBQB1B at checkout at VincentLongo.com.
