I am a skincare freak. In my adolescence I had really bad skin: super oily, patchy, breakouts, you name it. In my mid-20s I started really focusing on getting a pretty complexion. I did everything from expensive cleaners to DIY treatments and all of the in between. I found that as long as you find something that works for you and stick to it, you wont be disappointed. I have been using the Face Effects by Spa Sonic lately and it is a winner.
“Relax and beautify with the Face Effects by Spa Sonic Skin Care System. Face Effects by Spa Sonic delightfully deep cleanses the entire face, tones the skin, and makes you feel great. Face Effects is a waterproof device which is ideal for use in the shower, bath and sink. It has 2 speeds and operates with 3 attachments (all included): a small brush for the face, a pore minimizer, and a facial sponge for micro-dermabrasion and reduction of fine lines. Face Effects by Spa Sonic’s dermal penetrating action promotes rapid absorption of skin care products. Bring the spa home and treat yourself to a salon level experience.” – Spa Sonic
I would like to talk about how this comes in it’s very own case. That is really a super fabulous piece in this kit. I love that other brushes I tried have a stand, but what I really need is something for it to be stored in along with the other pieces. It makes it super easy to tuck away in my travel bags too. I have a trip coming up so I am excited!
The packaging on this one is UH-MAZE-ING. I am an animal print fanatic. It doesn’t really matter what the pattern is, if it is animal print, I must own it. This one is a pretty cheetah print! RAWR!
I basically use this for a multitude of things. For one, the brush is an excellent aid in my cleansing process. It really helps me get my cleansers sudsy on my face and I feel like it is also doing a light exfoliation. The bristles on this brush are the softest I have felt. Some of the other brushes I have used in the past feel too abrasive and I had to discontinue use!
This summer I have noticed enlarged pores on myself so the pore minimizer attachment is a godsend. Also, the sponge is PERFECT for microdermabrasion and reduction in fine lines.
I usually keep this brush in my shower but I do like to use it in the evenings at my sink to help me clean my skin before doing night treatments. Overall I am extremely happy with the Face Effects by Spa Sonic brush and would recommend it to anyone, even those that have had issues with other brushes on the market. These animal print ones are an exclusive to Target right now.
