Laura Mercier is a brand that always has the best of the best. I love that they focus on the complexion and really have a simple is better aesthetic. They also have a knack for creating the most beautiful cheek products on the planet. One of their latest collections, Sensual Reflections, is one that really wants to play up the eyes and the lips. Today I have the Cheek Melange and Satin Matte Eyeshadow in Tempting Green to show you. I am so gaga over these I can’t even help myself! They are, however, limited edition so get your hands on them as soon as you can while they are in stock.
The Cheek Melange is designed to complement all skin tones. There is no shimmer in the palette but the satiny radiance this gives off is beautiful. The beauty of this Cheek Melange is that there are 3 different shades and the formula allows for it to be very versatile — use it on the face, cheeks or the eyes. I actually did a look a couple days ago with this on my eyes and I didn’t have time to take pictures but I really liked how it turned out.
The Satin Matte Eye Colour in Tempting Green is a highly-pigmented eye shadow with a creamy texture that applies effortlessly with multi-dimensional matte finish. Long-wearing formula provides rich color payoff without dusting. This shade is just magnificent. I am not a huge fan of green, especially in eyeshadows but using this beautiful shade as a liner… YES!
The swatches are just TDF!!! (To Die For!)
Really quickly today, I created a very toned down makeup look. Effortless beauty is what I would describe this look as… I feel like the face is very polished but nothing is super colorful or in your face. I kind of thing that muting your look really makes the Cheek Melange pop right off your cheeks!
Laura Mercier Sensual Reflections is a hit! I think that the name is ridiculously perfect. I need to own the rest now!
I have been having a lot of people asking me what I am wearing in some of my recent posts and of course, now that it has been days and weeks I don’t remember, so to do anyone that is curious a courtesy I am going to list out all of the things I am wearing in this look.
