It has been a little over a year since my daughter was born and I have recently gotten pretty serious about slimming back down. I had gotten to my goal weight right before I got pregnant, then her 10-pound-self came along and got my body all out of whack. I am getting more exercise and eating better but my snacking could use some improvement. Did you know that you could lose up to 6 lbs in the first 2 weeks with Slimfast? Well, about a week ago I decided that I was going to do the Slimfast 14-Day Slimdown with these Slimfast Greek Yogurt and Honey, Honey Snack Bars Select.
As I said before, my snacking needs improvement. While I am trying to eat all the right things and drink more water and keep active, I also get these crazy cravings for sweets. I have been like that my entire life. These Slimfast bars are so delicious and only have 110 calories per bar. I am a fan of greek yogurt and honey so these are definitely for me. The bar itself is nice and chewy with a delicious layer of honey on top and it is coated with greek yogurt. They satisfy my sweet tooth and keep me on track.
In addition to snacking on the Slimfast bars as part of my 14-Day Slimdown I have also been trying out the Slimfast Slim Coaching. It is a really fun service that keeps you on track with tough love, daily motivation, tips from experts and funny videos. Yes, please!
Implementing these bars into my daily routine has been super easy. They are individually wrapped and are so easy to toss in my purse or gym bag and go. Love that. My cravings usually hit me on my trips to the grocery store or while watching my son at his football practices. Junk food is all over the place at those types of places, so being able to pull these bars out of my bag and satisfy my cravings has been so amazing.
On the days that I am not out and about I have been strolling my daughter while power-walking through the neighborhood. When I get home I usually want to drink a gallon of water and snack on one of these bars.
