Milani makes some of my favorite blushes. I also sincerely love the majority of their brand. The Milani Baked Blush are a luxurious powder blush that features a mélange infusion of colors baked on Italian terracotta tiles. Easy to use, sensorial in texture, the nuances of color become extraordinarily luminous. They are silky smooth and pack a lot of punch!
The two shades I have to show you today are Dolce Pink and Berry Amore. I think that the texture is very comparable to the MAC Mineralize blushes and MSFs for less than half the price. They retail for under $8!
Dolce Pink is a medium pink with gold shimmer. It is a great shade because it is very versatile and compliments so many skin tones. The fact that it has shimmers means you wont need to add a highlight to your cheek bones because they will already be luminous. The gold shimmers also make this a perfect choice for the summer months when you want that golden gleam.
Berry Amore is a peachy mauve with golden shimmer mixed in! Even though you see big veins of shimmer weaved into the blush it is actually very subtle. Out of the two I have to show you today this one is the most pigmented, not that either of them are lacking. Berry Amore is the one I have been reaching for the most lately. It leaves my cheeks with a beautiful bronzy peach look to them. Because of the deeper tones in this one I find that it is more wearable all year long. Can you tell I adore this one?
Overall, I would say that the entire range of Milani Baked Blush is fabulous. I have seen them raved about for a couple years now and I am happy to have them added to my collection. You can find them anywhere Milani is sold and on their website. I recommend both of these shades to the majority of skin tones. They swatches in my photos are heavy swatches but don’t be alarmed because they blend out beautifully.
