I am a serum junkie, which many of you may already know. I am a nut for skincare since I have gotten a little older because I am obsessed with preserving my skin. I think I have found the serum to beat all others. Josie Maran Pure Argan Milk is an intensive hydrating treatment serum. It is 100% natural, emulsifier-free with powerful anti-aging benefits. This serum uses a blend of micro-droplets of 100% Argan Oil and purified water. Oil and water, when mixed together, looks exactly like milk and that is exactly what you are getting here, a beauty breakthrough!
When I first saw the Pure Argan Milk being talked about on QVC I flipped. I basically thought, “GENIUS.” It allows those of us, me included, that don’t like the feel of oil on the skin to get all of the wonderful benefits that Argan Oil has to offer. I think that Argan Oil is great but the feeling of it on my face irks me, and it is because I have been programmed for years to think that oil is bad for oily skin (which is completely wrong, BTW)! I know better, I just can’t knock that feeling.
Enter JM’s Milk! It feels like a nice, standard style moisturizer/serum but is far from it. It is created by using a particle separator, which basically uses electromagnetic fields to speed up particles to create the micro-droplets of argan oil so they can be suspended into the purified water. The water hydrates the surface of the skin while the oil penetrates deep into the cellular structure to preserve, nourish and lock in moisture.
The serum itself feels luxe when it first touches the skin but when you spread to out over the skin it becomes extremely lightweight and it sinks in immediately. After application your skin has a sheen to it but after a couple hours it becomes a downright radiance. In the before shot below you can see that my skin is showing signs of aging (dryness and fine lines) and in the after photo you can see that the lines have diminished and there is a beautiful, healthy-skin glow!
Josie Maran Pure Argan Milk is my new favorite and I think that everyone should try it! A fellow beauty-lover I know was a part of an Allure Beauty Enthusiast Panel that got to blind-test out the product for a month. She said that she fell in love with it and she didn’t even know what it was! I know of several other ladies that have been raving about it over the last couple weeks and if the results in the picture above aren’t enough to convince you, then go to Sephora and try it yourself!
