I am on a weight loss journey. Before I got pregnant with my daughter I had just gotten down to a comfortable weight for myself and of course gained a ton back with pregnancy. My New Years Resolution is to drop the rest of my baby weight and I think that the Bulu Weight Loss Box is going to greatly aide me in that! There are two different versions of the Bulu Box, the regular and the Weight Loss and I feel like the latter suits me best. I have reviewed the Bulu Box here before, and am very excited to show you the things I got in the December 2013 box. As you can see below, this box is chock full of goodies!
PowerIce is an exciting way to get in energy and electrolytes! It is an enhanced ice-pop that cools the core temperature. I tried this already and it tasted delicious and I think I prefer it after a workout because I get SO HOT while working out!
Natural Vitality CALM is a powdered anti-stress drink. Lord knows with working a full-time job, blogging (what seems like a full-time job), parenting an 8 year old and an infant, and just everyday worries I can definitely use more anti-stress products! This is in the flavor Raspberry-Lemon and it is yum. There was a pamphlet included in this box on this product.
BSM AminoX is an amino acid endurance and recovery agent. My husband used to use a lot of BSN products and he put his stamp of approval on this entire brand. In one serving you get 500 IU of Vitamin D, 10g of micronized anti-catabolic amino acids, and 0 sugar.
The most exciting thing in the box (in my opinion) is the Simple Being Slimming Smoothie. The flavor is Vanilla Bean (which is great) and I actually really enjoyed it. It is made without gluten, sweetened with Stevia, and only contains 1g of carbs per serving. It helps to fight hunger, increase metabolism, and tone and sculpt!!!! One serving contains 26g of protein and 110 calories.
Body 360 Burn 360 are fat burning capsules that contain acai and Trans Reservatrol. Trans Reservatrol is a proprietary blend of antioxidants and helps boost metabolism. It also helps to curb hunger. There was a card included in the box that contained more information on the product.
Bulu Box is really good about adding limited-time promo codes in other services. This month they included a one month “i dabble” membership to Ooberluxe which is a concierge service. It is super intuitive and can give you lists and make reservations, etc. This membership is good for 5 requests. Stay tuned for an upcoming post on how I used this membership.
Also included in this month’s box is a Sample Journal to aid you in determining if these supplements are for you or not. It is actually a good idea because if you are like me you can easily forget a sample and what it did for you, but when jotted down in ink will help you remember the experience.
When you give your feedback and earn points you can bank those points and eventually cash ten in on a full-sized version of the products that you like the most. That is a really great inclusion to this subscription service. Due your feedback and get those free products!!!
Overall I was really impressed with Bulu Box. The subscription services costs $10 a month. You can subscribe month-to-month, quarterly, every 6 months, and once a year. If you choose the yearly subscription you can essentially get one of the months free. You can use my referral code “BULUGAN136” to get 50% off, so I encourage you to get the largest subscription service available/you are comfortable with because you can only use the coupon once.
