Raegan has arrived. My baby was born last week! I have been very limited on time with my blog due to giving in to her beck and call (and recovery from my c-section). Part of tending to my baby has been bathing her and taking care of this and that. I have been using Bee Naturals Baby Balm and Baby Wash.
My baby’s first bath was given with Bee Naturals Baby Wash.
“To Use
We include an extra dispensing top with shipment. Shake well, dispense a small amount into hand, lather, apply to skin, rise, then kiss. Avoid getting into eyes. For external use only — not a food product.
Ingredients
Liquid castille (saponified oils of coconut and olive, aloe vera gel and rosemary oil extract), honey, glycerine, fragrance, potassium sorbate, essential oils.”
I think that packaging this in a honey bear is adorable and really goes well with the brand. It has an almost lemony scent (probably due to all of the ingredients being all-natural) and has a very watery consistency. It lathers up very well and washes off without any residue. My baby seemed soothed during bathtime. She has a tendency to tell you when she isn’t pleased so this baby wash is Raegan-approved! :D
As some of you may know, newborns start to have the top layer of skin peel off… sort of like a snake. It looks uncomfortable but they don’t really seem to mind. I have been rubbing the Bee Naturals Baby Balm on her when I am changing her clothes and diapers, as well as after baths. While I am doing these things I do have a tendency to rub this into my cuticles as well. It works quite well for all of the above.
Soothe your wee one’s delicate skin with our moisturizing balm. It’s perfect for chapped skin, diaper rash and other minor skin irritations. Natural ingredients are best, especially for young skin, and we use only the purest ones for our products.
To Use
Apply to skin as needed, then kiss. For external use only.
Great all-purpose skin soother and softener.
Wonderful for massage to pregnant tummies, too.
Ingredients
Sweet almond oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, unbleached beeswax, shea butter, jojoba oil, tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), sweet orange and lavender essential oils.
This product has the same scent as the wash in my opinion. Very nice and natural.
Overall I think the Bee Naturals Baby Care Collection is quite nice. There are other products in the line that aren’t featured here. The two products I am reviewing worked brilliantly and my baby girl seemed to love them! They didn’t irritate her precious skin.
I have other products from the brand that I have been reviewing on my on so be on the lookout for those reviews very soon!
