I just received my April 2012 Julep Maven package. I changed it from Boho Glam to It girl this month because I thought I might enjoy the colors from this box more. I love how they made this box look like an Easter basket. :)
One thing that I really love is packaging that is eye catching or quirky… not to mention that I am a kid at heart and wish the Easter Bunny still visited me! Thank you Julep for making that possible! (sort of) Can you see the cute easter egg shaped chocolates under the grass?
The bright colors of the ribbon and paper bag in this one was topped beautiful with spacers for giving yourself a well-deserved pedi.
And finally! Take a look at the beautiful colors in this one! Three lovely ladies by the name of Jessica, Neicy, and Penelope.
Jessica is described as a “Soft and Sweet baby blue creme.”
Neicy is “a bright pink to bring on sunny days.”
Penelope is “Opaque, almost white with a hint of blush. Elegant on manicures and pedicures.”
I swatched them on a card below the polishes in the next picture. They all show up true to color! I have to admit that the pigmentation of these polishes is very “what you see is what you get.”
Here is another picture of the card swatches under a flash.
This is my 2nd box from Julep and I must say that it is also a keeper. I am pleased with everything I have received so far, no duds. Thank you for reading/looking at my pictures. Hope you have all had a FABULOUS FRIDAY and continue to have a great weekend! Don’t forget that March isn’t over so if you still want to sign up for a penny then I think that it may still be available! ShareOnMarch is the code!
xoxo,
Laura
