MAC, Naturally just launched this week and I know that the Blonde MSF was repromoted with the collection. I absolutely adore this MSF. This is my 2nd one, and I have never ever ever used up a MSF other than this one. Granted it was my very first Mineralize Skinfinish. This one is from the Blonde Brunette Redhead collection. I haven’t really used this one much because I have been *saving* it for some reason. I think I am scared to use it up because of the fact that these beautiful Limited Edition items don’t come back as often as most wish they would.
This first shot shows how much I have used it. It is dusty from the makeup. I wanted to use this photo anyway because it is the only one I took of it with a flash. The rest of these pictures were taken outside under an overcast sky.
To me this is just…. BREATHTAKING!
So beautiful. Unfortunately the lighting outside wasn’t exactly opportune for the colors in this. Each gradient does vary but you can’t really tell in this photo.
Or this one! I would like to comment on the texture though. This isn’t a chalky MSF like some that are out there. I find this one very soft and buttery smooth. That is also part of the reason I used up the first one. It blended into my cheek beautifully!
This picture was taken under overcast natural light as well. On the left are the individual swatches and on the right are them all blended together and blended out.
Same swatches taken with flash. This is much more true to life!
This is one of my most favorite MSFs EVER! I would say RUN don’t walk to MAC! Hopefully they will still have some in stock when you get there. I am contemplating getting my 3rd Blonde! <3 I will likely play a 3 Non Blondes song after doing so considering I am a non-blonde. You may not find that funny but I am highly ammused! LOL The things that go through my head, ay ay ay!
