*I was provided a free Jenny Craig Weight Loss Starter Kit. However, the opinions expressed are entirely my own.
Every year I get motivated to lose weight and get back in shape. It isn’t necessarily because it is a new year or anything like that. It is usually because I have really let myself indulge during the holidays and I am envisioning the warmer weather ahead. I have tried a few different weight loss methods and while they have all been helpful, I think that the Jenny Craig Weight Loss Starter Kit will be particularly great because everything I need for 5 full days is in a box that I can buy exclusively at my local Walmart.
Let me tell you a little bit about my eating habits if I am left to my own. I wake up in the morning and make sure my kids are fed, but usually I don’t attempt to eat anything myself. I drink my coffee and go about my day. For lunch I sometimes eat a quick snack instead because… Busy. At dinner I am famished so I eat a huge plate and then am left feeling completely disgusting and full. If this sounds familiar then I think you would benefit from trying a kit like this one.
Jenny Craig is offering a 5 day weight loss starter kit exclusively at Walmart. The kit includes 20 menu items (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) along with a menu plan so you can take it for a test-drive, and when you’re ready it also includes $50 towards food and a free month of consultations. In case you are interested, I wanted to walk you through the meals included in this kit.
