Macadamia Natural Oil: Flawless

I have tried a couple cleansing conditioners that are on the market and usually they fall way short of my expectations.  I want to put all of these good-for-you nutrients in my hair and leave all the not-so-great chemicals behind.  It seems as though I have found a solution with Flawless from Macadamia Natural Oil.

This hair care product is your one-stop-shop for your everyday needs.  It takes the place of a shampoo and conditioner.
Here are the claims:
• All-in-one Cleansing and

     Conditioning System

• Refines Hair Texture

• Optimizes Styling Process

• Drastically Cuts Down Blow Drying Time

• Perfect For All Hair Types

• Surfactant-free and Paraben-free

• No Stripping Suds

“Flawless is an innovative system that combines cleansing, conditioning and ideal hair refinement in one product. Immediate and perfect balance is restored to any hair type, giving gentle and thorough surfactant-free hair cleansing.
Macadamia Oil and Argan Oil work in conjunction with the hair’s natural oils, replenishing hair life and health and imparting manageability, shine and softness.”

All of the good ingredients it has in it:
Chamomile, Vitamin E, Proteins, Macadamia Oil, and Argan Oil.

My Opinion:
I was a little shocked when I first opened this up… Most cleansing conditioners, or even shampoos and conditioners in general have regular textures to them.  This is actually similar to a mouse product.  The nozzle expenses a foam that is on the thicker more moisturizing side, it sits in your hand for a minute and it expands. Crazy, right?
So, I follow the instructions: I dispense 2 pumps and emulsify the product between my hands and it soft of turns into a less foamy, more conditioner like substance.  I work it from root to tips and rise it out.  There was no real lather, which is typical of a cleansing conditioner.  I intentionally did not add any leave-in conditioner because I wanted to see the results all on it’s own.
I was able to comb through my hair fairly easily, and with my long hair that is kind of a miracle.  I then used my blow dryer and a round brush and found that, indeed, it didn’t take me very long to dry my hair.  I used a round brush to flip my hair under and I must say that it held nicely!

It didn’t leave my hair feeling weighed down like most cleansing conditioners I have tried in the past.  It added a great deal of healthy shine and made my hair more manageable.  I was able to style my hair pretty quickly and get out the door.  I would say that this is an overall impressive product.

Macadamia Natural Oil’s Flawless retails for $33 for an 8 oz. container at macadamiahair.com or any place Macadamia products are sold.  Right now you can get an introductory set that includes the 8 oz Flawless, 1 oz Healing Oil Treatment, and Oil-Infused Comb for $29.95 at by clicking here (which is a direct link to the page on their site).

That sounds so good! Macadamia Natural Oil is my holy grail product. I use it almost every day especially when blowdrying my hair as it quickens up the process. I think Hairtrade is the cheapest place you can get it at the moment. I also find it good to use on my hair extensions
