Anastasia Beverly Hills Holiday 2012
You all know that I am a HUGE fan/supporter of Anastasia Beverly Hills. She gave me good brows after years of over plucking (through her Beauty Express palette), and I can't thank her enough for that... But I am very excited to share with you her Holiday 2012 Collection.
I am loving the things Anastasia is putting out this holiday season. I wanted to include them all here, but that was just farrrrr too many pictures to be in one post so I broke it up into three parts. The first part is showing you this awesome, fun, retro, faux vinyl album which is just press goodies for the collection. The collection is actually inspired by the 1970's and celebrates the glam and decadence of the era.
The photoshoot that was done for this campaign is just breath-taking. The model is stunning, the looks that makeup artist Anthony Merante created are amazing, and the outfits that stylist China Moss put together are so sexy! And I love that makeup is scattered all across the rooms in the picture. It sort of resembles my own house. (Shhh...)
Seeing some of the photography created for the eye and lip kits really inspire me to have a good play with them! :)
These photographs really sum up the look and feel of the palette for me. I think everyone involved did a wonderful job and I am thrilled to be bringing you swatches and looks with this palette.
Now to have a look at the actual faux vinyl album inside of the cover. It has two sides. One is "Want You To Want Me", which is the name of the eye kit.
And you flip it over and you have Side 2, which is the lip kit called "Kisses On My List".
And now for a wonderful video that shows behind the scene footage of this photo shoot. :)
Sorry to leave you hanging with this teaser but I am actually going to be posting the reviews and swatches of the two kits tomorrow in separate posts. Taupe-tastic Tuesday will be postponed due to this sensational collection. Which kit are you most excited to see? Let me know in the comments below!
