It is here! My New Beauty Test Tube made it to my house yesterday and I am so thrilled. I love the Test Tube program because I get to try so many things that I would normally never pick up on my own. The QVC version is especially nice because it showcases some brands that I already know I enjoy as well!
On to the products:
St. Tropez Gradual Tanner
Who doesn’t like gradual tanning products? It moisturizes while giving you glow that looks like you have been on a nice tropical vacation.
WEN Cleansing Conditioner
Lather-free hair cleanser. I am trying to jump on this train. Glad I received the Tea Tree version. One I have been interested in trying! The other formulas I have tried in the past haven’t worked for me.
Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash
I absolutely love trying new facial cleansers. This one sounds nourishing as well with ingredients like rose hip extract, milk thistle, passionflower and chamomile. It claims to dissolve excess oil and makeup while gently lifting away dead skin cells. Sign me up!
Philosophy Amazing Grace 3-in-1
Some of you may know that I adore the Inner Grace scent but I will say that all of the “Grace” scents from Philosophy have a nice comforting smell to them. I also love these smaller bottles for taking along with me on weekend trips. One product to do it all and it fits so nicely in my travel bag.
Peter Thomas Roth Laser-Free Moisturizing Gel-Cream
This even looks awesome. It is infused with dragon’s blood, which is a red resin drawn from the Amazon’s Croton Lechleri tree, and it is meant to refresh prematurely aged skin. It also includes niacinamide PC, which is another ingredient I have been curious about for quite some time.
StriVectin-SD Intensive Concentrate
This newly formulated cream helps forgive unsightly stretch marks and other signs of aging. I have been particularly eager to try this due to the stretch mark reference. I have a 6 year old son and when he was born he weighed 10 pounds 4 ounces…………………… yep. There are LOTS of stretch marks that I want to fade!!! Another product that contains NIA (which I THINK but I am not 100% positive is the niacinimide derivative?).
Mally Evercolor Shadow Stick in Twilight
This color looks very similar to the Taupe color that I have reviewed here on the blog before. I haven’t yet done a side by side comparison but Twilight is very taupe-ish. The Evercolor Shadow sticks are very creamy and easy to apply. Look forward to reviewing this one!
Tarte LipSurgence Lip Luster in Fever
I received a nice red shade from the LipSurgence line. They contain ingredients like vitamins a and e, beeswax, peppermint oil and so on. They glide on nicely and look very nice and glossy. I wore this one straight away to my anniversary dinner with my husband. Been married 7 years and it is the first time I rocked a red lip out to a nice dinner with him.
Here is a swatch of the Tarte LipSurgence and the Mally Evercolor Shadow Stick. Both very nice shades. I will do my best to create a look combining these two products very soon!
Thanks for stopping by, I know that I already posted a sneak peek at this Test Tube but it is always fun to see what colors, etc are different with every one. This one was a winner for me! What shades did you get in yours?
