Anastasia of Beverly Hills Lash Genius Waterproof Top-Coat

Hello my loves!  I am excited to show you a brand new, not yet on the market product from Anastasia Beverly Hills.  

I, for one, have never found a "perfect" waterproof mascara. Either I don't like the formula or it is really hard to get off afterwards, sometimes my lashes get a crunchy feeling.  There is always something.  Well this is a genius product, no pun intended.

Anastasia has formulated a top coat that is used in conjunction with your already-favorite mascara, whatever it may be.  

 It is hypoallergenic and doesn't harden, dry, or clump the lashes when applied over top your favorite mascara.  

It is colorless, so you aren't altering the color of your favorite mascara.  It could be the blackest black mascara or even a colored one.  To me this is truly a break through.  

The shiny smear on the bottom of my hand is actually a swatch of the topcoat while still wet.  

For me packaging can be everything.  I love small details.  The end of the tube has a mirrored emblem.  

Sometimes you may not want to fuss with a waterproof mascara but there are several occasions when having the option is important.  Recently, this past Saturday, my husband (who is in the US Navy) got home from a long deployment.  I am always so excited and overrun with emotion.  I am happy to say that his homecoming was the first time I tested out this product and it worked like a charm.   

We went to see a movie yesterday (Act of Valor) and it is a touching movie. Yet again another instance when I was wearing the waterproof topcoat and it didn't fail me.  

This product debuts in May 2012 and will retail for $21.  

My Newest Addiction Rating: ♥♥♥♥♥ (5 our of 5)  I am thoroughly impressed with this magnificent top coat.  It goes right over the lashes with a smooth, no-tugging application.  Doesn't alter the look at all.  It really is like a raincoat for your lashes.  Do not hesitate to try this as soon as it is available.
