Fyrinnae Swatches Part 2
So, the first swatches of Fyrinnae eyeshadows that I did were ones that I had received as gifts/swaps/etc... This is my very first order that I placed with them and I picked all the shades because I truly wanted them! Most of you are probably suspecting that the entire order will be taupes... Are you right?? Or will you be completely wrong?
First off... LOOK AT THE PAPER THEY WRAPPED IT IN!!! How did they know that I am in love with Skulls and Crossbones! Seriously! I have a Bath and Body Works Scentportable in my truck that is in the shape of a skull, I dress my son in skulls (he loves them too) and my favorite new nail polish is OPI Skull & Glossbones. It may or may not be going into my monthly favorites post! :X
Top Row L to R: Te Amo, Beholder, Sahmain Spirits
Bottom Row L to R: Koala, Rapunzel Had Exensions, Damn Paladins
So, if you were one of the majority of the people that guessed I got all taupes from Fyrinnae you were wrong. :) It was mostly taupes and one pretty goldish-peachy-awesomefulness color. (That was me coining a word--got it? Start using it! Make a hash tag out of it!! #awesomefulness!) They even picked a gorgeous free sample to send me... I am starting to think that there won't be a color that I don't like though, so it isn't really fair to call them awesome for picking a fabulous color... or is it?
I CAN NOT get over the amount of eyeshadow that you get for ordering the sample size. Hello Fyrinnae peeps, you RAWK! And the colors are just gorgeous and very very very unique. Who knew?
The swatches are to die for aren't they? I took about 15 pictures of these shades but there isn't a camera on the planet that can capture the #awesomefulness (See, I used it again!) of these brilliant loose powder eyeshadows.
The one thing I didn't do that I definitely should have was purchase Pixie Epoxy. Pixie Epoxy is their primer, which is technically more like a glitter glue to help the achieve the full dimensional complexity of their eyeshadows. Sometimes I am a big goof...
So, now that I have 14 Fyrinnae eyeshadows to call my own and actually have placed an order myself with the company, I can say that I haven't had any horrible experiences like others have with excessively long ship times. (which seems to be a fluke--I ordered on a Thursday and received my order on the next Wednesday!)
Price: They vary for certain ranges in their brand. All of the ones that I own are from their regular line, and the sample sizes are $2.00.
My Newest Addiction Rating: ♥♥♥♥♥ (5 out of 5)
Tell me, have you tried Fyrinnae before? If so, what shades do you highly recommend. I want more! >:o)
