NARS Oasis

I was asked recently to swatch NARS Oasis.  This one is very peculiar.  It is a glitterbomb in the pan and also when swatched on the finger...

...but when applied to the cheek it doesn't come across glittery at all.  I do use a light hand when applying all NARS blushes, and also use a brush that isn't densely packed.  Maybe that has something to do with the fact that the glitter doesn't transfer.  

I would never have picked this shade up on my own after seeing what a glittery mess it is, but I received it in a swap package.  I am glad that I have this blush because it is a brilliant color.  On a scale from 1-5 I give it a 4! :)
