Bobbi Brown Metallic Long Wear Cream Eyeshadow in Starry Purple

Hello all!  I was sorting through my cream eyeshadows and I found this lovely little guy.  (I call all things little guys--I don't know why...)  Starry Purple is a gorgeous cream eyeshadow in the pot.  It is a nice blackened purple with multi-color shimmer.  It is hard to photograph so I chose to use the out-of-focus ones to really pick up on the complexity of the color in the pot.  

As you can see, when swatched the color really looks mostly black or charcoal.  I will say that this color is pigmented, but very misleading.  The color in the pot looks like a deep purple and all that transfers onto the lid is a blackish sort of color.  I do still think that it lasts all day and is of good quality but it isn't a color that I use very often.
